PRIMARISTIC
Skiing according to the principles of Primaristic is only taught in Sulden by specially trained ski instructors.
Primaristic, with its special Pfeiffer-Meisel (TPM) therapy concept, has proven effective in the primary or secondary acquisition of sensorimotor skills. It is not only successful in treating disorders, but also particularly effective in learning new motor skills, such as skiing.
The basic principle of Primarstic is to avoid tonic postural patterns that lead to increased muscle tension. This allows ski students to learn parallel ski control from day one. Experience shows that this helps them ski flawlessly from the very beginning and achieve a safe skiing technique more quickly and sustainably.
